X-rays, if clinically appropriate

A complete spine and posture exam

A gentle first adjustment, only if it’s right for you

A clear explanation of what’s going on and what to do next

A 1:1 consultation with Dr. Daniel or Dr. Sydnee (30+ years of combined experience)

Plus, a cold laser session if appropriate. Cold laser is painless and noninvasive. It’s often used to help calm inflammation and support healing. Most people barely feel it.

We walk you through what we see, what it likely means, and what your options are.
Complete Exam
We check how your body is moving, where things feel stuck, and what may be adding stress to your back or neck.
First Adjustment (If Appropriate)
If it makes sense for you, we’ll do your first gentle adjustment on that first visit. Only if you’re comfortable.
Cold Laser Session (if appropriate)
Cold laser is often used to help calm irritated areas and support healing. It’s quick, painless, and noninvasive.
